A residence

Born from a love of slow travel and well-told interiors, Novella Bleu began as a single rental — a quiet apartment dressed in deep blue, furnished from estate auctions and Sunday markets. Guests stayed longer than they planned. They sent letters. They returned.

Today, we partner with property owners across coastal towns and quiet city quarters — leasing, designing, and operating thematic short-term residences. Every detail, from the spine of a bookshelf to the scent at arrival, is part of the story.
